How we work

Projects begin with a free consultation to determine high-level requirements which results in a fully costed proposal of potential content projects. While each school will have unique content needs, the following is a list of our core services.

  • Producing digital and print, student-facing materials, from workbooks to textbooks, in line with a scheme of work and individual lesson plans, and in liaison with teachers and expert subject specialists.

  • Preparing banks of teaching aids and materials to accompany lesson plans, reproducing borrowed material, and applying school-branded design; we provide bespoke content-development services for teaching resources, existing and new.

  • From organising and aligning existing lesson plans within set schemes of work to improving and standardising the content in preparation for internal and/or shared use, or publication; we offer a full complement of editorial services and subject-specialist review and guidance.

  • Preparing student- and teacher-facing material for print publication; we offer a full complement of editorial and production-management services and subject-specialist review and guidance.

  • Specialists in digital publishing, we provide guidance and complete project-management solutions to schools wishing to make their content available externally, whether at a cost or for free.

  • Assessing, developing and organising teacher-facing content within a school’s server, allowing for an easy-to-access, indexed databank for teachers.

  • Writing and rewriting (editorial and marketing) copy: product blurbs, website content, articles, brochures, adverts, blog posts and press releases) to brief with economic clarity to suit audience and for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

  • Assessing and organising schools’ physical and digital archives, from minimal organisation to comprehensive archival management, including digitising and appropriate handling of sensitive hard copy materials through to accessible and indexed cloud storage. All archival services involve a qualified archivist and dedicated project manager.
