  • Structural editing and markup (hard copy and MS Word); implementing style and design guidance; compiling artwork and media logs, and detailing illustrator briefs; standardising referencing; author liaison and attention to audience.

  • Proofreading 'blind' or against copy, using the BSI symbols on hard and soft copy typeset proofs and PDF-annotating tools and symbol stamps.

  • Writing and rewriting (editorial and marketing) copy: product blurbs, website content, articles, brochures, adverts, blog posts and press releases) to brief with economic clarity to suit audience and for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO); data capture and entry; document templating and structural layout/design.
